Start Menu does not work in Windows 10: Solution

Clicked but no menu appears (with the right button we get a hidden menu but not complete)
Oddly, the problem is from the display driver, the included one by Windows . Especially if we see the "Windows Shell experience host" tasks process consumes all the time 10% of the CPU or more.

It is because the controller of the graphics card is outdated or not 100% compatible with Windows 10, so generates loops and problems that the program does not show.

The solution is to search the manufacturer 's website graphics card the latest driver available; eg integrated plate-VSTA ASROCK NF6G card is an Nvidia GeForce 6150SE and Nforce chipset 430, and googling with "driver" in the text we yields this result:

So it seems that the driver 309.08 is the most modern available (rather than those available on the website of the manufacturer of the motherboard, of course), and to remove doubts you can search directly on the website of Nvidia, and after installing the 64 or 32 bits driver (which one corresponds to your operating system), voilĂ ! , the problems disappear.

If this solution worked for you, please leave a comment, thank you! :). See you soon!
